Warranty Information: Fairway Alloys warrants that use of any wheel sold under the Fairway Alloys name, under normal and reasonable use, will be free from defect in material and workmanship and free from structural failure. This structural warranty is a lifetime warranty only available to the original purchaser of the wheel and cannot be transfered under any third party sale. Fairway Alloys also warrants a one year chrome plating guarantee to the original purchaser of the wheel(s). Repair, replacement or exchange under this warranty is at the sole discretion of Fairway Alloys. These warranties (structural and chrome finish) do not include defects or failure caused to wheels in transit, off-highway use, abuse, misuse, accident or negligence, alteration, installation or repairs done by anyone other than qualified and approved retailers. Wheels that have been installed with accessories no approved by Fairway Alloys will not be considered for this warranty including but not limited to: caps, adapters, spinners, lugs, etc. This limited warranty does not include wheels that have corrosion due to chemical, improper cleaning agents, climatic conditions, neglect, incorrect cleaning methods, clip-on wheel weights and gold plating. This warranty is only valid for wheels purchased in the United States and only applies to original purchaser.
Returns must have return authorization number, be prepaid and double boxed to be received. If you have questions about a warranty or return please call us first so that we can issue you a return authorization number to avoid any confusion.
